The NSPCC is announced as official charity for 2012 Brighton Marathon

NSPCC UK is over the moon to have been chosen as Official National Charity for the 2012 Brighton Marathon. This year the NSPCC has entered a team with an amazing 60 runners in and hope to raise a fantastic £20,000. Though next year could prove to top with lot, with plans to enter over 500 runners and raise over £250,000 for ChildLine.

The Brighton course is one of the finest running areas in the country. Starting at Preston Park, the course winds right through the city centre, past the Brighton Pavilion, followed by a breathtaking journey through the coastal roads before coming down to the sea front.  As always there will be a huge crowd of supporters and well wishes to cheer on the competitors.
