The NSPCC charity is holding one of the biggest maths fundraising events in schools across the country on Friday 4th December 2009. Number Day is a great way to make maths fun and exciting, whilst also raising funds for the NSPCC and ChildLine. It’s also a great way for children to learn more about the NSPCC and their projects and services.

Simply register your schools support below, and once you have completed the simple form online, you will be given a unique website address to download –

  • Fundraising activity sheets
  • Assembly plans to launch your school’s event
  • Posters to promote your event
  • And much more …

The NSPCC Number Day is a great way for schools to help raise funds that will in turn make a real difference to children’s lives across the country. With 32,000 children in the UK alone on the protection register, it will be interesting for pupils to see how their hard work in the classroom can make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children.

Each pack contains a range of activity sheets that are designed for KS1-4 pupils, with clear links to the maths curriculum. This will allow teachers to differentiate the activities according to the needs of their class. Plus with the added assembly plan, the packs contain enough things to do and activities to ensure every school’s Number Day is an educational and fun filled experience.
